Portfolio Management Group purchases portfolios with investment dollars. Our goal is to purchase within strong regional segments and on a national level.  Investors would have the opportunity to fund purchases that Portfolio Management Group desires to manage.  Investment opportunities are available on a monthly basis.  Investement Management is a complete investment solution.  It includes acquisistions, asset liquidation through collections and legal networks and retrade.

Liquidation of a purchased portfolio is achieved through collections, litigations and sales.  Collection rates are based upon many variables.  Our historical data show collection rates ranging from 15% to 25% of the portfolio’s face value.  The remaining accounts are usually uncollectible due to many factors including, bankruptcy, unable to locate the debtor, fraud, death, and disability.  Our liquidation rates far exceed the industry average due to a number of factors including our non-litigation collection philosophy and our aggressive efforts to collect court judgments obtained through litigation.  Once through those processes our company sells the remaining inventory.

Portfolio Management Group evaluates portfolios on an on-going basis.  Once portfolios of interest are identified, our company begins the acquisition process.  The acquisition process includes due diligence, file evaluations, scoring, contract negotiations and funding. 

Once the purchase is secured our company would begin to implement its liquidation strategy in regards to the asset.  This would involve a collection strategy, a legal strategy and a sales strategy. 

The files would be placed into the collection network.  Each month PMG would manage the accounts through the various collection agencies in 120 day placement cycles.  After 2 placements, and/or before statute, each account would be evaluated for the implementation of a legal effort.  If the file was not worthy of a legal effort it would be offered in a sale.
